LPG unloading / loading
Traditional solution, when supplying liquid gas to terminal is the railway transport. Siding should be equipped with platform for technological equipment from which connection to tank cars is made by means of flexible hoses or loading arms.
AUREX LPG company offers complete range of terminal equipment for unloading and loading of narrow-gauge and broad-gauge railcars.
We offer fixtures (LPG hoses with selected ends, loading arms, excess flow valves, sight glasses, ball valves , earthing devices) that can be supplied separately or as complete technological assemblies. AUREX LPG also offers folding stairs for easy access.

LPG storage tanks
Solutions of design department of AUREX LPG company allows to use storage tanks offered by our company or tanks supplied by other manufacturers.
Currently an optimal solution is tank yard with diked above ground tanks. Such solution has undoubtedly operational advantages:
. good operation conditions on pump suction pipeline;
. no necessity to apply complicated tank sprinkling system;
. decrease of required distances between tanks and other facilities in the terminal.
Pumping station
For terminals AUREX LPG company offers generally two different types of pumps which both provide many years unfailing operation: rotary vane pumps and side channel pumps.
Road tanker filling and unloading station
The station is intended to fill road tankers and as the option, unloading of LPG from the road tankers into terminal storage tanks. Station includes control and measuring devices and hoses or loading arms that are equipped with safety break-up couplings intended for connection with the road tankers. Additionally station can be equipped with:
. pump remote control system;
. automatic product metering;
. data loading system to general computer database, etc.
Measuring devices
AUREX LPG company offers two types of measuring devices: volumetric and mass flowmeters to be used in terminals.
Weighbridge for railcars and road tankers
In order to determine exact gas weight supplied or sent from terminal with railcars weighbridge is used with mass up to 100 or 150 tons. Weighing takes place prior to or after unloading and as the result of that operation real weight of delivered gas is obtained.
Determination of gas quantity loaded into road tanker takes place exactly in the same way, but with difference that in such case is used 60 tons weighbridge. Road tanker could also be filled directly on weighbridge.
