  LPG filling stations

Aurex LPG company is recognized supplier of equipment and fixtures intended for liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) systems. Taking advantage from many years of experience within the framework complex investment execution, we offer our customers product meeting both the national and the European standards.

We offer in a standard way execution of complete refueling LPG station: selection of proper equipment and fittings, installation, commissioning, training of personnel, certification of LPG dispenser (District Measures and Weights Office), final acceptance tests (Technical Inspection Office).

We install our stations both with above ground and underground tanks. We provide our users with continuous 24h service. Our advantage is trained experience personnel.

We have rights to install our LPG stations in the EU countries.

Above ground station

Typical, module station with above ground tanks for LPG refueling consists of:

  • Two tanks (each of 4,850 dm3 capacity);
  • Pumping unit with pump and electrical motor in EX execution - impeller pump or turbine pump;
  • LPG dispenser equipped optionally with: amount pre-selection system, operator’s calling pushbutton, multiple breaking up connections, stainless steel housing; module cooperating with cash register, filling hose (from 4 m to 8 m length)
  • Shut off and protecting - control fixtures and pipelines connecting tanks with pump and LPG dispenser.

NEW !!!

Aurex LPG company extended its commercial offer by turbine pumps provided for installation with above ground tanks.

That pump is especially recommended in case of application of twin hose LPG pump on in case LPG dispenser is located in considerable distance from pumping unit (e.g. safety island under shelter close to fuel pumps). That LPG pump characterizes quiet operation without vibrations or pulsation. It distinguishes itself with reliable operation and considerable durability when pumping volatile liquids like LPG.

Turbine structure ensures undisturbed, continuous flow through pump body, thanks to it pump obtains higher efficiency an higher pressure with the same engine size. Liquid is supplied though inlet nozzle and fed through relevant channel to the both rotor sides. Then it comes between blades of rotating rotor and is turned back to aforementioned channel, making many times such re-circulation, while rotor rotates. That way it comes once more around entire pump body circumference and then it is directed outside through outlet nozzle.

Rotor is only one moving part of the pump. It is equipped with bearing device floating on shaft and it has no contact with adjacent surfaces, that increases pump life. Rotor setting in that way enables to replace it very easily without disturbing piping or pump drive. Turbine pumps characterize inspection simplicity and servicing.

After dismantling of pump cover / housing access to rotor and stuffing box is obtained enabling to service those parts without dismantling of the pump from pipe. Mechanically balanced stuffing box is equipped with own sleeve that provides very high level of reliability.

Underground station

We offer stations with underground tank in following configurations:

  • One tank of 6400 dm3; 6700 dm3; 9200 dm3; 10000 dm3; 15000 dm3; 20000 dm3 capacity;
    Tanks of 10000 dm3; 15000 dm3; 20000 dm3 capacity offered by us are available in execution with bigger diameter that enables to select optimal tank to the field conditions, the bigger diameter the shorter tank.
  • Pumping unit with pump and electrical motor in Ex execution – turbine pump;
  • LPG dispenser optionally equipped with amount pre-selection operator’s calling pushbutton, multiple breaking up connections, stainless steel housing; module cooperating with cash register, filling hose (from 4 m to 8 m length);
  • Shut off and protecting - control fixtures and pipelines connecting tanks with pump and LPG dispenser;
  • Optionally, we equip station with: gas leakage detection; cathodic protection with protection operation signaling system.
