Bottom valves
Bottom valves are installed in the tank jacket and they perform two functions: shut-off valve and excess flow valve. They are offered in thread and flange versions. Flange valves enable application of flange pumps installed directly on valve. Valve can be controlled manually or by means of system consisting of flexible connector and block with pneumatic servomotor.

Flowmeters
In measuring installations of LPG road tankers and semitrailers mainly one type of volumetric flowmeters with 2” max. 380 l/min. connectors are applied. The flowmeter can be equipped with mechanical recorder with mechanical printer and various types of electronic heads.

Non-return valve
Those valves enable flow only in one direction. Non-return valves commonly applied in LPG road tankers and semitrailers are 2” and 3” screwed valves equipped with soft seat.

Hose reels
LPG hose reels are offered in wide selection of sizes and configurations. The most popular models are hose reels provided for 32 mm hoses and 30 or 50 m length. Hose reels can be manually operated or by pneumatic or hydraulic motor. Swivel joint connector is supplied together with hose reel.

Safety relief valves
There are two main types of safety relief valves used in transport tanks: internal valves which upon proper installation are completely retracted into tank jacket and semi-internal valves, which upon installation, protrude insignificantly over tank jacket. 2” and 3” safety valves are applied for road tanks and semitrailers. Safety valves supplied by our company are available in wide range of opening pressures.

Excess flow valves
Function of those valves consists in their closing after exceeding of max. flow for relevant valve type. In case of damage or rupture of the pipeline excess flow valve closes itself and uncontrolled product outflow from tank is stopped. 3” screwed valve is applied in LPG road tanks and semitrailers the most frequently.

LPG hoses
Standard pressure hose, used for LPG delivery trucks is DN32 hose with length of 30 to 50 m. with connections. Besides standard hose we offer hoses with different lengths and diameters for LPG and petroleum products. Hoses could be equipped with additional accessories such as: ball valves, sight glasses, emergency break-away couplings, dry-break couplings etc.

Bypass valves
Bypass valves are necessary for installation within distribution system of LPG delivery trucks equipped with LPG pump. These valves have been especially designed to control the pump discharge pressure and to bypass excess liquid back to the truck tank. Usually 1 1/4'' valves are used for 2'' pumps, 1 1/2'' for 3'' pumps and 2'' valves are used for 4'' pumps.
